I #racedthroughhistory the @pyramidshalfmarathon 10k race.

4th place for me in a really hard course that took a really great effort to finish!

Thank you @thetrifactory @pyramidshalfmarathon @aymanhakky for the great organizing. Definitely doing it again next year!

Second race of the National races series done and dusted ✅

Happy to take the win and taking both U23/Elite (overall) 🥇 titles for the second time in a row this season! Good swim, bike and an average run but overall was a good race!

Thanks to my coach for helping me so far and still more to come!

Big Thanks for @staminasportsandfitness for the support
Thanks @etf_2009 for the great organizing.

A perfect scenario that ended with a perfect race!

Happy to start a new season of National races by taking both the overall and u23 titles. Had a strong race leading from the start till the finish line racing hard and smart as coach @thisisjrad told me.

Woooh it’s over, I am so happy to finish in the first place at the ETF Triathlon Ranking and dominating the U23 Men Category for the second year in a row.
The final leg of the 2022 ETF Triathlon National Championship Series went well, went out of the water with the chasing group and stayed till the 5th lap of the bike together, until we got the lead group in the final lap. Fought till the end of the run and finished second with the strongest final 100m I have ever done in a triathlon race.
Off course did some mistakes yesterday, but happy with the overall results and will gonna work more on myself.
Congrats to @seifeldeen_ismail for the 🥇 and to my brother and teammate @sayed_sherif_ proud of you bro.

I would like to thank the @etf_2009 for the great organizing and for the whole series it has been an amazing battle this season.

Big thanks to @staminasportsandfitness for the support.

And the boss and the man behind the scenes @ahmedsalamatri really couldn’t have done all of the work without your support coach😍. Thank you for your hard work with me and still more to come in sha2 allah!!
