A very special private tea ceremony last night with two absolute beautiful real life angels. ✨

We drank a very special Shou puerh tea I picked up in Asheville a couple years ago. She’s dark, deep, and will sink you right into the Earth. 🌱

Hope everyone’s Sunday is filled with joy + presence. Much love to you. xo by @omaterratea

Two beautiful ceremonies for seventeen beautiful YTT angels that graduated from @high_vibration_living yesterday. A perfect way to honor Summer Solstice.

The energy was gentle + sweet. Everyone brought their tender hearts and curiosity with them— adding so much goodness to the layers of ceremony. ✨🍵

An honor to hold this space. Especially on a day where summer solstice + Father’s Day landed on the same day. The solstice marks the longest day of the year. A celebration of light, vitality, and the life giving energy of the sun. The sun is also associated with the father archetype— guidance, protection, strength, and steady presence. It felt deeply aligned to gather in ceremony on a day that honored both the brightness of light and those who have helped illuminate our paths.

Much love to you. ✨💛☀️ by @omaterratea

Escaped to the mountains after a year of carrying many, many heavy things.

By the end of it all, I was at a breaking point. Trying to keep everything together in so many places, I could feel myself coming undone under the weight of it all.

At the beginning of May, I looked at Jake and said, “I have got to get out of here and go get myself right.”

Being the incredible life partner he is— he took me there and we immersed ourselves in the quiet beauty of nature. It felt so good to see myself again.

The Blue Ridge Mountains seem to speak a language my nervous system remembers. She always takes care of me.

✨⛰️🌲

And so fitting with the weather— the teas I enjoyed up in the mountains were @globalteahut ‘s Silver Mist + Cloud Temple. As someone who loves + always grabs pu’erh tea for the last 8 years— in this season of my life I have been grabbing the whites and the greens, inviting in their lighter energy.

Much love. xo

I hope in every lifetime it’s you and me enthralled with the magnificence of humanness and the art we create.

I miss my Dad beyond whatever words I could ever come up with. It has only been one and a half months— but time has felt strange. And in reality those 6 weeks feel like 10 years.

Sometime in the future, I will return to tea. But for right now my lesson is to learn to receive. I love you. ✨💛🕊️ by @omaterratea

A very special Winter Solstice/Yule tea was served today to the beautiful graduates of @high_vibration_living’s YTT class.

Congratulations to all you sweet angels + may all the blessing continue to pour in as you walk this path. It fills my heart with the most joy to share this practice with you all today! ✨🙏🏻 xo

Also I’m nothing without a cup of tea in one hand and a Diet Pep in the other! 😛 by @omaterratea

A little Yule mood board for you. Happy Winter Solstice! Wishing you a cozy evening on the darkest night of the year. ✨🌲 🌬️ by @omaterratea

We’re talkin’ big yoni energy. ✨
Impromptu tea for Jess @high_vibration_living + Mel @ofthehunt13 today. Served one of my all time favorite teas— Silver Mist by Global Tea Hut. by @omaterratea

On Friday evening I had the honor of serving tea to @megdama and eleven of her beautiful friends to celebrate her 35th year. This woman is truly a light and I’m certain her smile could light up the world. Happy Birthday to a beautiful, raven haired, Libra goddess. xoxo✨🖤🍂 by @omaterratea

It’s my favorite turn of the wheel, Samhain. Special invite just for you— an evening of tea + dinner. More details at the link in my bio. This will be a time for sisterhood and to release to the fire what no longer serves you. There is already such a special group of women signed up, I hope you can join. Space is limited. ✨🍂🖤 by @omaterratea

When we gather in circle, share our hearts, sit in stillness, and drink the sacred medicine that tea is— we come into a space of reverence and remembering.

We invite levity into our spirit, we allow ourselves to be witnessed, and most importantly find our way back to self. ✨

Lanai tea will begin again once the summer cool down arrives. But, I will have some offerings before then. Cannot wait till we are sharing a cup again soon! Much love to you. 🌿💛 by @omaterratea

Ceremony serves as a gentle reminder that we get to come home to our bodies— over and over again. ✨🌿 by @omaterratea
