Creating this piece reminded me how fun it is to mix food, drinks, and life into art — each version has its own flavor and personality

Peachie's 🍑
✨✨✨

Wanted to play around with my new paper again, decided to do another concept scene piece of My character Peachie's shop

Peachie is a #symprite a closed species on discord, they have so much lore I had alot of fun attatching her to it-

Peachie sells her produce as well as a fresh local catch. On occasion she will have utility items and whatnot for foragjng on sale but she doesnt have a consistent schedule

Going to develop even further soon~

Underbelly of a Swan
✨✨✨

My final masterpiece for watercolor class. Our last prompt was our “swan song” it had to be swan themed in any capacity. The shape and size of this canvas was totally new to me (suggested by my professor), but I think I really rocked it.

I’m so proud of how this came out. I seriously improved from my first piece to this final project such a satisfying way to end the class.

Butterflies' glow
✨✨✨

One of my final pieces from one of my final classes at SCAD. Making such a full-circle moment. In my last quarter, watercolor reignited a passion I first discovered seven years ago. The me from back then would be floored by how far we’ve come. Especially bringing this character one I've held close to my heart since their creation, to life in this way

I don’t plan to stop here. I’m so excited to see where my future watercolor ideas take me next! by @oncoming.traffic

To Imagine Many
✨✨✨

This piece explores the overlap between imagination and overthinking. A more hopeful, beautiful take on the chaos our minds can create, much like nature’s beauty surrounded by thorns.

It’s an experimental mixed media work, with watercolor as the base with many different materials layered in. Despite some frustrating moments, I’m proud of how it turned out.

Thanks to thoughtful critiques from my peers, I’m planning a follow up piece soon. one that leans into the more intense, overwhelming side of imagination and overthinking.

Bathing Amongst Magnolias
✨✨✨

Here’s my second piece in my watercolor redebut, this time using the Grisaille technique.

12 x 16", it’s one of my largest works yet, and I’m really proud of how quickly I’ve been improving as I get back into the medium. This one features a character I created earlier in my college career while developing concepts- so it was extra fun to bring them to life again in a new way.

Stay tuned for my upcoming mixed media project~
