Iā€™m my ancestorsā€™ wildest dreams! From my motherā€™s water breaking in her jail cell to being complimented by the Governor for my work and everything in between. These last 3 years have been nothing short of an amazing. The journey to becoming a Real Estate Developer forced me to grow in ways I wasnā€™t prepared for , didnā€™t think I was ready for but ultimately God knew. I simply wanted to change communities that looked like mine, with people who looked like me. But in this pursuit Iā€™ve learned things about myself I never knew. The range of emotions in itself was a battle. The imposter syndrome creeping in when Iā€™m the youngest person in the room, the only Black person in the room. Questioning myself , was I really ready for this when faced with million-dollar problems. But like Nip said ā€œI just didnā€™t quit, I went through every emotion with trying to pursue what Iā€™m doing.ā€ The road not only prepared me but improved me and those around me: I became the only Black man in my family with a degree I helped my family secure their own wealth Iā€™ve employed family Iā€™ve given back to my community My family is a testament to Gods grace. Collectively thereā€™s nothing we havenā€™t endured on this earth. Yā€™all are my ultimate flex and the reason I am able to dream big and then go chase the vision. The love and support are the x-factor. We grow together. I found myself thinking whatā€™s next? Bit damn the statistics, Iā€™m the exception. If this is all God gives me, we already won. Not only will this building provide families a place for families to call home , I hope it represents inspiration for others to chase their dream, to push the needle and believe in themselves even when your the only person in the room who does. I started saying ā€œJust Winā€ then I showed you how. šŸ–¤ by @only1ju__

For the second year in a row, our NBA superstar friends are showing up in a major way to support Ju-Juā€™s Annual Block Party! Thanks to our incredible partnership with @jalenjohnsonfoundation and Herb Jones, weā€™re excited to give away 250 pairs of Nike shoes to local students as part of this yearā€™s event. As always, we want to do this in true community fashion. As families prepare for the upcoming school year, if you know a child or family who could benefit from a new pair of shoes, please nominate them by filling out the form in the link below. We will be contacting families who will be receiving shoes with instructions for pickup on August 16, 2026 between 1p-3p. https://forms.gle/cFqjZJwTu1EZL5cQA The Block Party is about so much more than a single dayā€”itā€™s an example of what community can look like when people come together to support one another. As the school year approaches, we hope to lighten the load for deserving families and help students head back to school feeling confident, encouraged, and ready to succeed. Thank you to everyone who continues to make this event possible. ā¤ļø by @only1ju__

Honored to be recognized as part of the inaugural 40 Under 40 class by the Realtors Association of South Central Wisconsin. Real estate, in all its forms, has always been a true passion of mine. I am grateful for the opportunity to use that passion as a tool to create meaningful impact in our communities and to help improve the lives of families through thoughtful development, homeownership opportunities, and community investment. Thank you to everyone who has supported me along this journey. I look forward to continuing the work and contributing to a stronger, more equitable future for the communities we serve. by @only1ju__
Generational wealth is often referred to as a vertical exchange of assets of some sort. Coming from a big family I also view generational wealth as horizontal exchanges that include experiences, resources and information to ensure each family member is growing, owning and thriving. Over the last two months I been able to use my experience as a real estate professional to help my sister Jyneeva Hunt(@jy_baby90) navigate the home buying process. Reviewing association docs, comparing interest rates, meetings with lawyers, negotiating amendments and calming down the occasional anxious text form her(šŸ« ) has been one of the highlights of my year. I am super proud of her for making this big bold step for both her and my nephews future. Ownership is always the key. Not only did she make herself stronger but today, she made our family stronger and I couldnā€™t be happier! Congrats Pooh! šŸ–¤ PS-the rest of these pics just Q4 proof of life by @only1ju__
