She made the best almond loaf ever, her mum’s recipe (I’ll have to steal that one for you guys)

feeling very grateful for good friends, slow days, a kitchen full of baked goods, and the reminder that this little corner should always be about the joy of it, never the pressure to keep up. by @onsundays.webake

Gluten-free pancakes for a soft sunday 🥞

Trying to follow a more anti-inflammatory diet lately, so here’s my go-to pancakes:
2 eggs (separate whites & yolks)
whip the egg whites until fluffy
200g gluten-free oat flour
50g almond flour
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
100–150ml oat milk

mix yolks + flours first, then add the oat milk
gently fold in the whipped egg whites at the end (don’t overmix!)

topped with strawberries (gently infused with vanilla bean 🍓), kiwi, coconut flakes & a drizzle of maple syrup 🥝🥥

eating pancakes without a guilty conscience… love it 🤍

Happy sunday 💐

I’ve been wanting to try a sweet potato brownie for a while now and it turned out so good 🍠🍫

Super easy to make, very chocolatey, and it didn’t make me feel bloated which I loved ! I’ll definitely keep trying to make bakes that make me feel good.

💌 Little disclaimer: I noticed it only keeps for about 6–7 days max before going bad, so always check before eating!

This isn’t a very precise recipe — I just used what I had at home

What I used:
2 eggs
1 whole roasted sweet potato, mashed 🍠
dates (to your liking)
maple syrup (to your liking)
oat flour (gluten free)
3/4 of a dark chocolate tablet 🍫
cinnamon
vanilla extract

Mix everything together and bake at 150°C for about 20 min (check because every oven is different).

Happy Sunday 💐

Weekend crumbs + small joys from this week ⛅️💐 by @onsundays.webake

Banana bread choco chip cookies 🍌🍪✨

I’ve been wanting to try this recipe for a while now, and today finally felt like the right moment 💌
To be honest, I didn’t really measure everything to the gram (I didn’t have enough butter 🤭), so I just used my usual cookie base and turned it into banana bread cookies instead !

But I’ll still share the recipe below in case you wanna try it too 🍌✨

Very slow Sunday... made these in my pi’s around 2:30, no rush, no plans 🫧

I really love slow weekends
Happy Sunday 💐

Lemon & blueberry crumble cookies 🫐🍋🍪✨

I tried turning one of my lemon loaf recipes into cookies and I actually really like how these turned out (might need a little fine-tuning 👀)

I doubled the recipe and got around 15 cookies!

2 eggs 🥚
150g room temp butter + 50g melted (or brown butter) 🧈
100g brown sugar
50g white sugar
Vanilla
Lemon juice 🍋
500g flour
½ tsp baking soda
½ tsp baking powder
Blueberries 🫐 + jam of your choice
(I used raspberry marmalade)

Freeze 30 min, add crumble on top, bake at 180°C for 12 min, flatten them, then back in for 3 more mins 🍪✨

Happy Sunday 💐
