Can we take a moment to appreciate the GAINS!??!?! Just from Oct to Now!!! 1st pic was in October, 2nd slide in January, and 3rd and 4th from today’s workout (no back pump😭). I sometimes get distracted by others physiques and goals and forget about my OWN journey!! I even thought my glutes haven’t had much change in these past months (same shorts in 1st and 4th slide🤭) but - progressive overload, intentional eating and great rest has shown me otherwise. I will start posting my routines to show what has really helped and transformed my physique!🤭❤️ #gymrat #gymmotivation #gains #transformation #loveandlight by @onuractive

Always down for a good hammy and quad day! 🤭 For months it felt like I wasn’t seeing much growth or development for my lower body days, all whilst feeling super tired. I had realized there were too many glute max movements and not enough for the supporting muscles. This vid is a few weeks old but after changing my routine from 3 glute-focused days to only 2 and 1 focused on quad and hams, I have a more balanced physique with optimal energy and great results with progressive overload! #progressiveoverload #lowerbodyworkout #gymmotivation #gym #trainer by @onuractive
hammie n quad pump from the other day! I’ve started to incorporate serratus dips in some of my workouts in order to get the ‘fish gill’ effect superior to my ribs, alternatively you can do scapular pushups or full range shoulder presses to get similar results😁 #hamstrings #gympump #lifeisgood #leanmachine by @onuractive
