Intro to Partner acro is poppin’… well that’s what we‘ll be doing 😏

One of us was a little cranky yesterday 😅. I promise we like eachother 😂😂

Unfortunately, this was our last session in this space. Due to circumstances beyond our control, we’re unable to continue being here. If anyone is willing to help us find and affordable space where we could rig lines, please let us know 🥺 by @onyxgravity

Just a little flow to remind you that our monthly intro to partner Acro class is coming up on June 6th, 1:30pm @spincitydancestudio ! No partner or experience needed! by @onyxgravity

Getting back to the roots of why we do this.. it’s fun.

Thank you for keeping us safe and gassing us up @jordan_and_theresa by @onyxgravity

This journey of learning reverse h2h has been a long one. Lots of ups lots of downs...struggles, frustrations and just not understanding what is going on. We decided to focus and be more consistent and intentional with our trainings to make sure we are getting the skills we really want.

Things are finally falling into place thanks to our consistency, training in the gym and efforts working on the skill.

This is just the beginning but we are loving how these are feeling now!!!

S/O to @jordan_and_theresa for the subtle cue he gave us on Wednesday made a big difference!!!

This was almost a different kind of video 😂. Slippery pants, scanty tops and acro don’t mix 🤦🏽‍♀️ by @onyxgravity

This Saturday at 1PM @spincitydancestudio we’re flying into Shoulder Bird 🦢
•
Y’all asked for more dance lifts in Intro to Acro, so we’re giving you Shoulderbird + exits, plus a sprinkle of other dance-acro shapes to help you level up your doubles magic (and your pole doubles, too 👀).

All levels welcome + modifications for everything. Come get lifted! by @onyxgravity

When the brain says stop but the body doesn’t know how. Watch til the end for the video. No acrobats were harmed in the filming of this disaster.
