Dankbaar, liefdevol, vereerd ! CHEF (W)OUT ! 👨‍🍳🫡 by @onyxs_official

One year and three months….. A difference of 35kg A difference of around 25% fatt A different person, stronger, more determined then ever A journey through absolute self development both mentally and physically. Coached by an absolute social medialess legend “Tim Switten” AKA “Timmie Turbo”. Words fall short to express my grattitude. Without your constant guidance and support, none of this would have been possible ! Beyond my coach you became one of my closest friends 🙏🏼 The kindness and support you provided created the dream of being able to do the same for others. Help, guide, motivate and most importantly, show others they can look at themselves from a place of kindness ! 👐🏼🫶🏼 by @onyxs_official
