Nine covers. Nine gloriously unhinged characters. For Night of the Living Dead Live!, we created nine different playbill covers celebrating some of the wonderfully ridiculous characters in the show. Here are all nine. The show closes this weekend at Open Stage, so if you haven’t made it to the farmhouse yet, now’s the time. George A. Romero’s NIGHT OF THE LIVING DEAD LIVE! Final weekend. A huge congratulations to Isaac Austin and Ozzie Sitch on a fantastic performance in NIGHT OF THE LIVING DEAD LIVE! With Drew scheduled out for the performance, Isaac stepped into the role of Harry and Ozzie took on Zombie — and both did a terrific job. Swing and understudy work takes preparation, flexibility, and a whole lot of focus, and it was such a pleasure getting to watch them step into the show and make it their own. Yay, Isaac! Yay, Ozzie! Yay, swings and understudies! NIGHT OF THE LIVING DEAD LIVE! continues through October 31 at Open Stage. by @openstagehbg
We had a great post-performance discussion for NIGHT OF THE LIVING DEAD LIVE! Huge thanks to Open Stage Board Member Tina Monroe for facilitating such a thoughtful, lively conversation with the cast and our audience. We love hearing what people noticed, what surprised them, what made them laugh, and what stayed with them after the show. Thanks to everyone who stuck around and joined the conversation! NIGHT OF THE LIVING DEAD LIVE! continues through October 31 at Open Stage. by @openstagehbg
