Day 36 of the 100-Day LinkedIn Accountability Challenge, and here is the honest update.

270+ people joined the community. 93 are tracking their days on the LAE app. And 30 to 50 of us are posting every single day, still strong.

Not everyone stays consistent, and that’s normal. Some days you’ll miss. Keep pushing. Some of us would have given up along the way if not for this community, and that’s exactly why it exists. The app has helped people hold their streaks and learn a lot about LinkedIn too.

Swipe to see the legends holding the line, why they started, and what they’re saying.

This round is closed, but the next 100-Day LinkedIn Accountability Challenge may begin January 1. Interested? Comment “WAITLIST” and we’ll make sure you’re looped in.

Three days ago, the 100-Day LinkedIn Accountability Challenge was just an idea I posted about.

Today it is 272+ people showing up, across 5 countries, building the consistency muscle together.

Day 1 we had 51 people show up. Day 2 that jumped to 80. And somewhere in between, I dropped the first LAE Notes and watched 72 of you already move into the LAE app to track your own progress.

This round is closed now, but the numbers do not lie. Something real is happening here.

Swipe through to see the full picture.

What would it look like if you showed up for yourself like this for the next 100 days?

Comment “Waitlist” if you want in on the next round.

If you have been struggling with staying consistent on LinkedIn, I need you to see this.

Last year I ran my first 100 day challenge and went from under 1,000 followers to over 3,500, with my engagement up 50x. But the real win was the confidence it gave me.

This year, I am doing it again, except this time I am not doing it alone. Over 250 people are showing up with me, and I built an app called the LAE to help us all track our progress and get better at this together.

Swipe through to see how it started, and drop “LAE” in the comments if you want in.

September is here. 💜
There’s something about a new month,
We make plans.
We set new goals.
We tell ourselves this will be the month we finally get things done.

But the month will pass whether we do or not.
So, what will you do with September?

At Operators Corner, we’ve been working on a few things quietly.
I can’t say much yet. 👀
But keep your eyes here, you’ll understand soon.

Welcome to September
Happy New Month 💜 by @operatorscorner

For the longest time I thought I had a memory problem. But I actually just had a calendar problem.

I was constantly having meetings clashing. I kept forgetting commitments. I kept showing up to one thing while mentally still being somewhere else. And then one day I missed a session that actually mattered to me.

When I got the feedback that I had not shown up, I felt terrible. Because I did care. But my actions told a completely different story.

That was the day I decided to make my calendar my best friend. And it changed everything about how I operate.

P.S. This is the first post in our Monday "Systems and Habits" series. Every Monday we share one system or habit that actually works from real operator experience.

Something new is starting today at Operators Corner.

The Operator’s Edge is our new weekly resource series dropping every Monday in our WhatsApp community group. Videos, articles, podcasts and conversations designed to help you grow as an operator and as a leader.

Week 1 kicks off today. Join the community group to be part of it from the very beginning.

A lot of people scroll past Operators Corner and think it is not for them. They think it is for the experienced manager, the senior executive, the person who already has it all figured out.

But that is the biggest myth about what an operator actually is.

An operator is not a title. It is a way of showing up. It is the person who does not just identify problems but figures out how to solve them. The person who keeps things moving when everything else is falling apart. The person who builds systems, takes initiative and pays attention to the details everyone else overlooks.

Chances are, you have been showing up that way for a long time without realising it.

Swipe through to see the five signs. And if even one of them sounds like you, know that this community was built for you.

The goal was never just to get the role. The goal is to become the kind of person that makes the role inevitable.

Nobody tells you that some of your biggest growth moments will come from the roles you never planned to take on.

Last week I co-coordinated a Business Growth Workshop, led a team of 20 volunteers and was asked to host on the very same day. I said yes. Swipe to see how it all went. 👉 by @operatorscorner
