Link in story - SHEIN, AliExpress and Zaful were all part of this investigation. People who purchase cheap fast fashion from online retailers are exposing themselves and their children to toxic chemicals and I promise you nothing will be done. So be very careful where you purchase your clothing from!

🧄🚨 IS YOUR GARLIC FROM CHINA? 🇨🇳

Did you know that some imported garlic undergoes chemical treatments before reaching grocery store shelves?

Garlic imported from China has been associated with practices such as bleaching, irradiation, and fumigation with methyl bromide—a toxic chemical that can damage the nervous system at high exposure levels.

🌱 Know where your food comes from! Check country-of-origin labels, ask questions, and make informed choices about what you bring into your home.

💬 Do you check where your garlic comes from before buying it? Let us know in the comments! 👇

While we go about our everyday lives, millions of children are living in fear, facing hunger, displacement, and unimaginable loss. 💔

Children in Gaza, Lebanon, Yemen, Congo, Sudan, and everywhere else deserve the same things we want for our own children: safety, food, education, love, and peace.

Childhood should be filled with memories, not trauma.

No child is worth less because of where they were born. ❤️

Ever wonder how a mother can sleep through almost anything, but the tiniest cry from her baby wakes her up? 🤯🧠

Science suggests that motherhood actually changes how the brain processes sound!

Research shows that a mother’s auditory cortex, the part of the brain responsible for processing sound, responds to her baby’s cries. Other brain regions involved in attention, emotion, and caregiving become active too.

It’s not necessarily that mothers develop better hearing. Their brains become especially responsive to the sounds that matter most. ❤️

Motherhood doesn’t just change your body. It changes your brain. 🤱

🚨 THINK TWICE BEFORE GIVING YOUR BABY PLASTIC TOYS!

Babies explore the world with their mouths, especially when teething! 👶

Some plastic toys contain chemicals like BPA and phthalates, which can interfere with hormones and raise developmental concerns.

⚠️ Chewing on certain plastics can increase exposure to unwanted chemicals.

👇 Do you avoid plastic toys for your little ones?

🍌 Did you know those little white strings on your banana actually have a purpose?

They’re called phloem bundles, and they help transport nutrients throughout the banana as it grows!

They’re completely edible and contain natural fiber, so there’s no need to peel them off.

Who else has been pulling these off their bananas for years? 🙋‍♀️😂

That’s why I LOVE my BERKEY from @conscious_water 🤍

Your tap water may look clean, but do you know what’s actually in it? 💧🚰

From microplastics and heavy metals to pesticides, pharmaceutical residues, and hormones, contaminants have been detected in drinking water.

💧 Clean-looking water doesn’t always mean contaminant-free water. Know what’s in yours!

🤱✨ Did you know your breast milk changes depending on the time of day?

☀️ During the day: Breast milk contains higher levels of cortisol, a hormone that helps promote alertness and supports your baby’s developing internal clock.

🌙 At night: Breast milk contains higher levels of melatonin, a hormone that helps regulate sleep and supports your baby’s natural sleep-wake cycle.

💛 These natural changes help your baby’s body begin to recognize the difference between day and night.

A mother’s body is truly incredible! 🤱
