You take magnesium because you’ve heard it helps with sleep. Here’s what’s actually happening.

Over 3,700 proteins in your body depend on it to function, including the ones responsible for calming your nervous system down at the end of the day.¹ That’s not a coincidence. It’s why muscles let go, and why your mind can finally slow down.

A 2025 clinical trial gave adults reporting poor sleep this exact form for four weeks and found meaningful improvements in sleep quality.²

Most people are running low without knowing it. Stress, caffeine, alcohol, and modern diets all deplete magnesium faster than most people replace it.

D3 gets calcium into your bloodstream. Most people stop there, but that’s only half the job.

Without K2, that calcium doesn’t know where to go. K2 (MenaQ7®) activates the two proteins responsible for directing it into your bones instead of your arteries.¹ Together, they work as a system, not two separate vitamins that happen to be in the same bottle.

A 3-year clinical study on this exact form of K2 found it significantly protected bone density in postmenopausal women.²

The NIH estimates up to 70% of adults don’t have optimal vitamin D levels, most people never get tested to find out.³ And even the people who do supplement D3 often skip K2 entirely, which means they’re only getting half the benefit they think they are.

Ashwagandha isn’t a sedative. It doesn’t knock you out or numb anything.

It’s classified as an adaptogen, which means it helps your nervous system regulate its stress response more efficiently, whichever direction it needs to move. That’s a very different mechanism than just calming you down artificially.

A clinical study on this exact, patented extract found it meaningfully reduced stress and cortisol levels in adults under chronic stress over 8 weeks.¹

Most people never address the actual regulation; they just manage the symptoms of it. Poor sleep, fatigue, by @organicsocean

We almost didn’t get to build this company.

Before Organics Ocean, our founder built something else, a product born out of something deeply personal, that ended up helping thousands of people. It worked. Customers wrote in constantly. And then, almost overnight, it was gone. Shut down, inventory destroyed, years of work erased in days.

It took two years to want to build anything again.

What came out of that isn’t just a new product line — it’s a completely different way of doing business. No hiding lab results. No proprietary blends. No deleting the reviews we don’t love. No overseas call center reading from a script. Every decision we make now comes from watching what it costs to lose control of your own story.

This is who we actually are, and why we do things the way we do.

Full story is in our bio if you want the whole thing. And if you’ve ever had to rebuild something after it fell apart, tell us about it below. We’d genuinely like to hear it.

We don’t just slap a “third-party tested” badge on a bottle and call it a day.

Every standard on this list was a decision.

We test every single batch, not because we have to, but because you deserve to know exactly what you’re putting in your body. We manufacture in GMP-certified facilities, because “trust us” isn’t good enough when it comes to your health.

We publish every lab result. Every Certificate of Analysis, out in the open, for anyone to check.

We don’t delete the reviews we don’t love, good or bad, it all stays up, because that’s what real transparency actually looks like.

Most of our formulas have zero to one additive. Not ten. Not a proprietary blend hiding the truth. Just what’s supposed to be there.

Our doses match published clinical research, not marketing math. And when you call us, you get an actual person, not a ticket number.

And when customers tell us they don’t love an ingredient? We listen. We’ll find a better source or take it out completely, because this isn’t just our formula, it’s yours too.

Nothing on this list is a checkbox. It’s how we’ve operated since day one.

POV: you contact a supplement company expecting a bot. Again.

When you reach out to us, a person on our team answers. Our customer care is in-house, not outsourced.

A few other things we do on purpose: lab results for every batch, published. Reviews stay up, good or bad. Your subscription is easy to pause or cancel.

You don't have to trust us. Check us.

Hunter-gatherers ate about 75g of fiber a day. A typical day now is closer to 15g, and over 90% of adults don't get the recommended amount.

Part of it is what fills our plates: meat, dairy and eggs have zero fiber.

You don't need a new diet. Add one more plant to every meal: berries at breakfast, beans or lentils at lunch, oats or chia, a side of greens.

Want a head start? Better Fiber has soluble and insoluble fiber in 3 capsules. No powder to mix.

Every batch of every product is third-party tested, and the results are published on our website. Not a summary. The actual lab results, so you can check them yourself.

That's our CEO, Daniel. Link in bio to see the results.

Vitamin D is fat-soluble. That means it absorbs best alongside a little fat, and a capsule with a black coffee doesn't give it much to work with.

The easy fix: take it with your first real meal. Eggs, avocado toast, Greek yogurt, a handful of nuts.

It's also why our D3 + K2 already comes in organic MCT oil.

Sea moss gel has three problems: the smell, the texture, and about three weeks of fridge life.

Solving that is how Ocean started: sea moss in a capsule, with organic chlorella and organic bladderwrack.

A natural source of iodine and minerals. No jar to finish before it turns.

If you have a thyroid condition or take thyroid medication, talk to your doctor before adding a new iodine source.

Where your supplement comes from matters as much as what's in it.

Our magnesium is Chelamax® glycinate. Our omega-3 comes from algae, where fish get it in the first place. Our black seed oil took 8 months and 4 manufacturers to source at 5% TQ.

If you've never checked where yours comes from, start with one bottle.
