☺️ You might be somebody’s reason… and have no idea…
•
That quick conversations, That check-in, the way you keep showing up even when life gets hard and heavy.
What feels small to you might be something someone else carries with them for years.
•
I actually more times than not need this reminder myself… you don’t always get to see the good you put into the world yet we keep putting it there anyway.
•
Send this to someone who’s made a difference in your life and let ’em know why ☺️… goodnight. #trust by @orlando_2525

💪🏾☺️ Fitness is a part of my life but it’s not my WHOLE life.
•
I’m a husband, A dad., A business owner and just a regular dude who enjoys good food, making memories and having a good time!
•
I don’t eat perfectly. I don’t have it all figured out and trust me, some days are a whole lot more chaotic than others… But one thing I’ve learned is that taking care of yourself doesn’t have to mean sacrificing everything else you love. You can chase your goals AND enjoy your life. And if you’re trying to figure out how to make that balance work for YOU, that’s exactly why I do what I do.
Like I said before… You don’t have to choose. You can do BOTH. Let’s grow together and make it all make sense. #bettertogether by @orlando_2525

👏🏾 That conversation, that commitment. That first step you keep talking yourself out of.
•
We can want more all day but at some point our decisions have to match what we say we want.
I too have been there so I’m talking to myself too… We’ve got goals that need more than good intentions.
•
Let’s make the move we keep putting off and finally reap the benefits we all know comes from doing the things we say we’re going to do. #growthmindset #youvsyou by @orlando_2525

👀🤷🏽‍♂️ Correct me if I’m wrong. #fit #itsalifestyle #fueledbyherbalife 🍃 by @orlando_2525

October 31st. Another great one in the 📚 🎃👻. #halloween2026 by @orlando_2525

😆👏🏾 Guess what! You’re allowed to want more AND love the life you already have.
•
Chase the goals, be there for your kids, figure out life with your person and work hard while leaving room to enjoy it all.
•
We’re figuring it out too… Some days we get more done, some days we slow down but either way we keep showing up for ourselves and each other through both.
•
If seeing us do this reminds you of anything, let it be that there’s room for your goals too. Start small and bring your people along. Most importantly give yourself a chance to see what’s possible.
•
We’re building a life we love and always looking for people to build alongside of us. #allofusneedeachofus by @orlando_2525

☺️ November 1st… we still got work to do! 💪🏾🔥
•
I’ve talked myself out of plenty of workouts and never walked out wishing I hadn’t gone. So this month, let’s give ourselves more of that feeling. Show up when we can, make a little time for ourselves and keep promises small enough to actually keep.
•
You don’t have to wait until January to start feeling proud of yourself. Let’s move different! Happy November. #letsgrow #makeyourselfproud

Who’s moving with me this month? 👊🏾 by @orlando_2525

..BORING. Just might be the secret formula to getting everything you’ve ever wanted. I’ll let you know. Stay tune 😏. #happyfriday #clockedin #consistency by @orlando_2525

I said men 35+… but ladies and even the younger squad, you can pull up too 😏..
•
At 39, I’m reminding myself just as much as anybody else. Between owning 2 nutrition clubs, kids and showing up for everyone else, it’s easy to put yourself last but taking care of YOU deserves a spot on the calendar too.
•
Start small and build a routine you can repeat. Major key is to also have someone in your corner when motivation gets quiet and thats what I help people with. Along with simple nutrition habits, a plan that fits their life and accountability along the way 👊🏾.
•
So which one on that list do you need to get more consistent with? 👀 by @orlando_2525

..I’m open to questions but let’s make sure we bring more than a comment section to the conversation 👀😏.
•
I use these products faithfully and so does many of our clients, teammates and coworkers. WE have real results, progress photos, personal experiences and testimonials to share.
•
Those stories matter. So does the full picture… nutrition, training, consistency and how the products fit into it. Our experiences aren’t a promise of anyone else’s results and thats only because we can’t assure that everyone is following the script or even following through with the guidance given.
•
But hey… Curious about what we use and why? Ask me. Let’s have that conversation. #proudherbalifedistributor by @orlando_2525

That’s it that’s all. Happy Hump day ☺️. #bettertogether #win #dream ♥️ by @orlando_2525
