Fun times with the boys 🤙🏽 by @oro.baseballtraining

I haven’t met a single person who hasn’t failed miserably. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

Right back into the swing of things like we never stopped. 🙌🏽🔥 by @oro.baseballtraining

🏁The boys are working! Footwork and agility drill with the ladder, into a ground ball. 🦶🏼🦶🏼🔥👋🏽 They did a good job of staying athletic into the fielding position. 👏🏽👏🏽 ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

We are working on staying balanced in the hitting position here while trying to catch the ball at the point of contact, whether the ball was thrown away, middle, or in. Good work! 🙌🏽⚖️⚾️@winnercircleathletics ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

Core stability along with rhythm and timing is huge in their development as ball players. Love this drill because it engages the muscles and allows them to do so. 👍🏽👍🏽 ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

This was 11 years ago today. 👀🤯✌️🧐✌️😂
*insert time flies quote here* ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
As we continue to go through our daily lives, routines and habits, I wish to challenge yourselves and question, "am I doing something everyday to get where I want to be?" 3, 5, 10 years down the road will you be saying... ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
" I know I could have done more." ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
" I wish I would have..." ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
" I should've treated that person better and handled that situation better." ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Whatever it is, my hope is that you young athletes continue to grow, learn, and develop as young men and that you can look back and grin at the decisions you choose. Realizing those early mornings and late nights, and relationships you surrounded yourselves with, taught you something. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Keep your intentions and focus moving in the right direction. I like to recommend as a coach that YOU know what's important to you, and to let me know what's important to you, so that we can work on your goals with a clear vision, backed by the steps, and actions needed. #LevelUp 🏁⭕️ by @oro.baseballtraining

I am pleased to announce that I'll be partnering with @winnercircleathletics to lead as the Director of Baseball Player Development Coach; alongside the 3 decades of experiencenand knowledge of Coach Rodney Davis. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

As one of the most anticipated days of the year for college baseball players across the country, I want to wish my boys @sctrojans_baseball a great Opening Day! ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

Great work put in today by these young ATHLETES. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
I am excited to see how they develop physically as baseball players, and grow in maturity as better teammates and overall better young men. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Today was day 1 of a 14 week program. I hope to help these student athletes develop their talents as well as fine tune their areas of baseball that need some improvement on.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
It's a privilege to be around these kids. I hope to encourage them all - I know we'll be having some fun! ⭕️🏁

When we face a tough challenge, we can react in two different ways; either by losing hope and falling into self-destructive habits, or by using the moment to find our inner strength. 👊🏽
