Looking to strengthen your rotational power then try this standing landmine variation. Begin by loading the weight to the side in which you’re developing force and explode through by driving the weight up in a punching motion exploding UP. What this does is helps build stability and strength in the Serratus anterior, the muscles located closest to arm pit running down the rib cage, and when performed consistently it creates better power for athletes of all kinds. So give a shot and see how it feels. STAY READY⚔️

Leg strength and explosiveness are critical for athletes because nearly every sport relies on force production from the ground up. Strong legs allow you to sprint faster, jump higher, cut quicker, and absorb force more efficiently.

Explosiveness, the ability to produce maximum force in minimal time, directly impacts acceleration, change of direction, and reaction speed. So dont just be one dimensional when training for your given sport and remember, TRAIN WITH INTENTION!! Stay Ready⚔️
