I AM SO EXCITED TO DANCE TO ALL KINDS OF MUSIC THIS WEEKEND!!!! @iiipoints 🤩🤩🤩

According to my research, this song “blends electronic pop, alternative reggaeton, electro-merengue, and digital melancholy as part of @_rusowsky’s conceptual album Daisy.”

I’m so excited to see him live at iiipoints on Saturday 🙂‍↕️🙂‍↔️ Rusowsky is a genre-bending artist from Spain and as soon as I saw him on the lineup, i was SOLD. You may know him from his feature on “BbY WOW” with Karol G.

Please do yourself a favor and explore new sounds!!! You never know what you’ll discover. ✨

What a beautiful day from start to finish. ☀️

Thank you all for another fun and successful @flowstatesyndicate X @otownshufflers collaboration meetup for the books!! 🤌🏼🤌🏼

When Jacksonville and Orlando come together, you know it’s gonna be a good time. 🫶

What an incredible meetup celebrating community on the beach dancing and flowing to live music! 🎶

Thank you to those who made the trip from Orlando or Jax to sesh together. The helping hands who just “showed up” and all the DJs and Admins for all the time and effort it takes to make everything run so smoothly. We are forever grateful that you all choose to make the trip and spend the day with us! ⭐️

The event definitely wouldn’t have been what it was without our Dj’s! @kidslay__ @benrobertsshuffle @cookiefgc @nadinekhayat

You were good to us New Smyrna! Until next time 😎

What a journey. 🥹🧡
In January, I watched my boyfriend do a challenge like this and I remember thinking, “I have such a long way to go before I could ever attempt to do that.”
This year, I decided to stop thinking about how far behind I was and just start. What’s the worst that could happen? I get worse? 😂 Now the reality of this was that it was tough.
There were days my legs hurt so bad, days I felt weak, days I was sick, and days I didn’t feel like I was improving at all. But I showed up anyway.
And somewhere along the way, something clicked. My mind and body started connecting in ways they never had before.
The messages, comments, and people telling me in person that they could see my progress meant more to me than I can explain. Especially because I used to be the girl standing on the sidelines, watching my friends dance and thinking, “maybe one day that could be me.” Seriously I would be the one recording them because my anxiety would get the best of me. I couldn’t get myself to do one single move and I often felt frustrated because I really wanted to have fun and dance 😭
And now I’m crying writing this because we are finally here. I am so humbled and grateful to be able to get to do this. @austinshufflehq thank you for the shuffle challenge that helped with my improvement. @otownshufflers thank you for being such a supportive community and @_lsentryl_ last but not least, to my bf, for always teaching me and being there for me every step of the way, I love you 🧡 #dancejourney #shufflehq30daychallenge #foryou #fyp #reels taken in Orlando, Florida by @shufflinggurl

November 19th 2023. One of my longest most anticipated collabs that I was manifesting finally happened! Watching Admins of Jax and O-town combine forces and learn and grown together. 💯

Choreo is usually my strong suit and for some reason I thought that filming the drills we learned in Elena’s class that day would be no problem at all. 🙃

Boy was I wrong. 🤭😵‍💫 As you can see that overstimulation and mental fatigue play a big part in all aspects of dancing. So happy that Christy was patient enough to be able to film as much as possible until we got a take I felt comfortable walking away from.

Although it still needed a ton of work. We let it be! I wanted to challenge my ability to be in the present moment and just be happy and grateful to spend such a wonderful day with her as well as my Otown shuffle fam! 🥹
