Happy International Pronouns Day! Today is a reminder that using someone’s correct pronouns is a simple but meaningful way to show respect, affirm their identity, and help create a world where everyone feels seen. A few ways to show up for your community: ❤️ Share your own pronouns if you feel comfortable. 🧡 Ask others what pronouns they use instead of assuming. 💛 Practice using someone’s pronouns, even when they aren’t around. 💚 If you make a mistake, correct yourself, apologize briefly, and keep going. 💙 Speak up when you hear someone’s pronouns being disrespected. A little effort can go a long way in helping someone feel welcome, safe, and seen. What are your pronouns? by @outmemphis
