At Oven Secret, consistency is part of the experience. 🩷 What you see is what you should receive. The right portion, the right quantity, and the quality you paid for. We’re becoming even more intentional about showing our standard servings so you always know exactly what to expect from us. If your order ever falls noticeably below this standard, please reach out to us directly. You paid for the full experience, and that’s exactly what you should get. Every single time. by @ovensecretcafe
From losing customers to receiving repeated complaints… 💔 Little did we know what was actually happening behind the scenes. We portion our chicken carefully because we believe every customer deserves full value for what they pay for. Almost one and a half cups of chicken goes into every shawarma, so when the complaints started coming in about reduced portions, I honestly couldn’t understand where the problem was coming from. Unfortunately, we later discovered that after the properly portioned ingredients were handed over by inventory, part of the chicken was being removed before customers’ orders were prepared. This meant customers were receiving far less than what they had paid for. 💔 To every customer who reached out, complained, felt disappointed, or even stopped ordering from us because of this experience, I sincerely apologize. 🩷 We finally identified the source of the problem. At Oven Secret, we pride ourselves on giving our customers the best value and quality possible. We would never intentionally cut corners, reduce portions, or compromise the standard you have trusted us to deliver. Beyond the financial loss to the business, what hurts most is the loss of trust from customers we have worked so hard to build relationships with. And before anyone asks, “Why post this?” Because we will speak up. When someone’s actions put customers, a business, and the livelihood of other people at risk, I believe other business owners deserve to be aware too. The next employer may already be struggling to keep their business afloat and may not be able to absorb the kind of losses we experienced. I may have taken the loss, but if sharing our experience helps another business owner become more vigilant and avoid the same situation, then I will speak. To our customers, thank you for bringing your concerns to our attention and for giving us the opportunity to investigate and correct the situation. Your trust means everything to us. 🩷 by @ovensecretcafe
