BIG 📣 Our new movie "The Nutcracker Wish" premieres NOV 2 🎬 Comment "HOLIDAY" & I’ll send you everything you need to watch it with us 👀 plus BTS, giveaways, watch-party details + surprises. 🎁 🎄

Tag friends who LOVE holiday rom-coms and who are 100% watching this with you on NOV 2. 🙌

I’m still pinching myself that I get to star opposite my real-life husband, @emilio_palafox_ , in this award-winning holiday romance and helped produce it. 😭 @thenutcrackerwishmovie @relationship.renegades

And that REAL friends of mine play my best friend and sister in the film, @shonauk @chelshightower (they are both so so talented & great in this film) 🥹 and this movie was brought to life by an incredible FEMALE-LED team... written, directed, produced, and filled with ridiculously talented women in front of and behind the camera. @rachelle_e_price @evie_keener 🎬 ✨(so freaking inspired by you both)

And yes… very grateful Emilio was secure enough to hold all that estrogen on set. 😂

This one is magical, funny, heartfelt, and such a special piece of our lives...

And... everyone who's seen it says they are "surprised by how much they LOVE IT" 🥹🙏

Anu has been Travelling and her fitness routines took a hit.

But instead of coming back and trying to get back to her previous level on day one, she came back saying “let’s assume we are starting from zero and see how it goes”

And you see her assessing and questioning her ability at every routine.. Sometimes pushing sometimes steady but always aware.

True consistency requires discipline, but longevity requires balance. Knowing when to stop is what separates a sustainable lifestyle choice from a harmful obsession. Listen to your body.

Texas Senate Candidate James Talarico was pressed about his mixing of religious and political rhetoric on the campaign trail and faced pointed questions from a voter about his faith.

Liverpool shit and the Man City point deduction still to come, surely an Arsenal Everton title race?

Unfortunately I need to waffle for a bit because Instagram keeps flagging posts as unoriginal and apparently having more stuff in the caption helps. I’ve already had posts taken down because of it so I’m just going to start putting paragraphs like this underneath everything. It’s why half the pages on Instagram suddenly have massive AI captions now. I don’t want to do that so you’re getting this instead. You genuinely don’t need to read any of it.
