Some people have a problem with

1. Me yelling with a megaphone
2. Encouraging people at the end of the marathon to keep running

And I understand not everyone is going to want that. I understand some people might be running a run walk interval, but I know I needed this m when I ran on this course. And I know there’s people who have a goal to run entire thing, finish under a time, and who start to walk because of the pain. The NYC marathon is notorious for their loud and energetic crowds throughout the entire 5 boroughs. It lifted me when I was struggling at the end of this marathon, and I know there’s other people out there who look forward to this as well.

I’ll be around mile 23 this year, drop your bib number if you’re that person who WANTS this energy from me. 🫶🏻📣

Life doesn’t slow down. And I know how hard it is to put yourself on the list when you’re doing everything for everyone else.

I’m turning 49 this week, a full-time working mom, and trust me… it’s not easy! But I make it work because I know how much better I feel when I do.

Just a few hours a week can make such a difference in how you feel, both physically and mentally.

And that’s exactly why I’m kicking off my 4-week Fall Challenge tomorrow! It’s all about showing up for yourself, staying consistent, and building habits that make you feel good. Plus, we have some cash prizes up for grabs!

We’re not waiting until January to work on ourselves! 💪🏼

Will they ever give it tf up

try to explain that feeling for someone who’s never run a marathon 🏃🏻🏅
this was my 5th marathon, definitely a bucket list experience, I’ve always wanted to do NYC marathon and I’m so happy I finally crossed that off my list, I think my time was something like 4h35m which I’m really happy about, because I didn’t train much and my longest run before the marathon was a week ago and it was only 10miles, this is just give me more evidence that our bodies are so amazing and capable of so much more then we think! 2026 has been the best year ever for me🙌🏻
