For a long time I felt miserable, and yet kept putting things off… I felt I wasn’t ready. I felt no one would care about what I had to share… What was I going to add to what felt an overcrowded space. Who was going to listen to this shy girl, that had overcome a lot, but still had struggles of her own. The voice of my inner critic was loud. “Not good enough! Not pretty enough! Not eloquent enough! Not smart enough!” Though everything in reality pointed to directly the opposite… I had proof, but the inner critic discounts proof. It wants to keep you down. Always looking at what’s missing, at where you fell short, versus everything that you did do well. For a long time I listed to the critic… till one day, I decided to take that first step regardless of how loud the inner critic was. One small step after another, to where I am today. The inner critic is still there, but every time I take action and decide to do it anyways (whatever it is that you’re wanting to accomplish) it gets quieter, it gets softer. So stop doubting yourself and start doing! Let’s get MIND & BODY STRONG, WeRise App 👉 Iink in my BIO
Vacuuming isn’t just about creating a smaller waist. It helps build core control through strengthening your transverse abdominis, improves your V-taper and definitely adds to your stage presence (if you’re allowed to hit those type of shots onstage). For me, I believe ISO tension, static holds and vacuum training are key to bringing your best package to a stage, it’s the little details that make a big difference 👊🏼🔥 @olympiastandardcoaching
