pan roast chicken with white balsamic marinated radicchio and a potato rosti thank you @teds_zaza for the post run pizza this was a really fun day I had this last week when my friend Teddy was hosting a popup in Brooklyn and the night before I decided I would run from my house to the popup (10 miles) for fun. I had never ran more than 3 miles before in my life so it was a serious challenge and I got to explore some parts of the city I would have never without choosing to do it. this meal is really all about the radicchio, this marinade was something I learned working at my previous restaurant and the flavors just pair perfectly with most proteins. if you can I would definitely suggest marinating for longer so that way the vinegar and sugar really penetrates the radicchio, but I wanted to eat as soon as possible. I got chicken quarters because they are my favorite cut and typically the cheapest by far at any local grocery market and potato because I wanted a really satisfying starch side to this plate. there are so many ways to prepare potatoes and this pommel dauphin/potato rosti is one of my favorites because it is so easy but comes across as a high effort technique and tastes so good. I hope you all enjoyed watching this video and learned something as well, as always feel free to comment below with any questions or message me directly :D #chef #cooking #postworkout #running
🔥 V byznysu se říká first impression. Já tomu říkám první prezentace bez PowerPointu. Na schůzce, v kanceláři i doma. Než promluvíte, váš outfit už stihl udělat prezentaci za vás. A když občas vidím některé CEO na jednání, říkám si: PowerPoint máte. Možná by to ještě chtělo power outfit. 👀 A ženy❓ No, tepláky jsou super. Na gauč. Občas si vezměte šaty jen tak. Třeba když čekáte manžela z práce. Možná by pak začal domů nosit trochu víc peněz. 💸 💬 Někdy není potřeba další strategie. Stačí změnit outfit. Protože business je o dojmu. A vztahy taky. #BusinessStyle #WomenInBusiness #Confidence #BusinessWoman #SuccessMindset
