Our entrepreneur in the spotlight today is Ruth Antwi. Ruth is part of 5 passionate young entreprenuers who enrolled in our Shenzhen Ready-Made Design for Girls Training program. The Shenzen Ready-Made Design for Girls program seeks to train young ladies with skills in electronics, business, mobile application development, web development and artificial intelligence with the aim to help them start a company together.
She holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Chemical Engineering. Ruth registered for the program for an opportunity to learn about Web and Mobile app development to gain the requisite skills to rub shoulders with her male counterparts.
Today, 7 weeks into the program, she is happy she can code and hopes to use her skills to build apps to solve societal problems.
This is what she has to say to her female colleagues.
