The quick and easy one-pan dinner I go back to time and time again. It’s so delicious and perfect for those busy evenings when you just want to throw everything into one dish and let the oven do the work. Definitely give this one a try and let me know what you think! Method/ Recipe (serves 6) - Roughly chop 2 onions, I like to keep them quite chunky then spread them across the bottom of an ovenproof dish. - Add your chicken. We usually use 2 packs of boneless chicken thighs. - Add your tikka masala paste. For 2 packs of chicken thighs, we use around ¾ of a jar, but you can add more or less depending on how strong you like it. - Add a few tablespoons of Greek yoghurt, I normally just eyeball this and give everything a really good mix. - Cover and leave to marinate in the fridge for a few hours. - When you’re ready to cook, pop it in the oven at 180–190°C for around 45 minutes, or until the chicken is completely cooked through. - Just before serving, stir through a tablespoon of crème fraîche or cream, top with fresh coriander and serve with rice. So simple, so good and barely any washing up 🙌

Few snippets of one of my evening sessions on prep - so in prep my day typically consists of 1 hour fasted cardio in the morning/core workout, midday weighted session and then 30 minute posing rounds and Iso holds/tensions in the evening.. In this session I typically do 30 second holds on my front pose and 30 second rest for 10 minutes. Then repeat the same with my back pose… then for the last 10 minutes alternate from front to back! This is the most monotonous part of prep for me, especially with a full days worth of food in the stomach and feeling uncomfortable but I also think it’s one of the most important ones too.. it really helps with conditioning and better stage presence! 👊🏼🔥 I start this routine 8 weeks out from show day and do the posing rounds everyday 👊🏼 non negotiable! #beundeniable #nostoneunturned
🏆The trophy is earned in the dark, long before it’s ever displayed under the lights🏋️‍♀️🤸‍♀️✨🧿 People notice when you stand out in a room, but they rarely ask about the unglamorous hours it took to get there. Let’s break down the actual facts behind a peak physique: 📉 The Monotony Advantage: Eating the same nutrient-dense meals and executing the same foundational compound lifts week after week isn’t boring — it’s optimal. Changing variables too often makes tracking real progress almost impossible. 📈 Accumulated Volume: One insane workout changes nothing. 300 disciplined, baseline workouts over two years change everything. Consistency compounds exponentially over time. ⚡️ Adherence Over Intensity: Anyone can push hard for a week, but strict adherence to a recovery and nutrition protocol over six months is what actually alters your baseline metabolism and body composition. 🧠 Habit Automation: High performers don’t rely on daily “motivation.” They rely on fixed schedules, removing choice from the equation so showing up is non-negotiable. Next time someone tells you you’re “lucky” or “blessed,” remember: talent gets you through the door, but relentless, quiet routine keeps you at the top. 👊🔥💪🚀 . . . . . #fitsamra #fitindian #girlswhogym #indiangirlfitness #winterarc
