Atkeliavo nuotraukos iš mūsų viešnagės Venecijoje. 🖤

🎙️The Journey into Sound Healing with Letizia Silvestri
@letizia_silvestri @althahealing

From producing luxury events for Ferrari, Rolls-Royce, and Lamborghini to discovering the transformative power of sound healing, Letizia Silvestri’s journey is one of profound personal change. ✨

Following a Hashimoto’s diagnosis, her introduction to crystal singing bowls sparked a new path toward healing. Today, as a Board-Certified Clinical Hypnotherapist and creator of the Hypno-Sound Bath, she brings her expertise to leading luxury wellness brands, including Six Senses, Four Seasons, and Mandarin Oriental.

After building a thriving practice in Beverly Hills and then in Abu Dhabi, Letizia is now beginning a new chapter in Italy, while continuing to work with her clients across the UAE.

In our latest podcast interview, we explore her journey, the hidden costs of burnout, and how sound and hypnosis can help restore balance to the nervous system and reconnect us with ourselves.
