If you want to grow faster on social media, there are only 3 things that actually matter.

I have 2M followers, and built three 7-figure businesses, and I wish someone told me this sooner.

#1 is that consistent volume beats total volume

Social channels grow the fastest when they have consistency around topics, formats and visual layouts.

There’s a ton of people that are just shotgunning crazy volume across all types of content without a strategy for why.

This is largely a waste of your time and resources.

In 2026, viewers treat social channels like TV Series.

When you watch The Office, you look forward to seeing the consistency of the format, visual layout and characters in every episode.

Social content works the same way.

Tip #2 is that Shares get views but Saves get followers

If you want to drive a crazy amount of views, you want to optimize your content for shares over everything else.

The more people that send your videos to their friends, the more the algo will push it, because it creates new user sessions.

On the other hand, if you want to maximize follower growth, shares may help, but saves is actually what you want most.

Saving a video for later is the same psychology as following someone.

Tip #3 is that ideas and topics are the most important thing.

The 80/20 of content is actually 95/5, and that is that ideas are the most important thing to focus on.

The topic, angle and substance are what separates good from great content.

These 3 things are the most important factors in growing faster on social media.

If you want to learn the specifics for each one, I’m hosting a live content growth challenge where I’ll break down my entire content system, ideation workflow, and process for maximizing saves & shares.
