what a body actually looks like a few months postpartum 😅 Look, I think these women are amazing!! I will always celebrate women making healthy choices and working on themselves...BUT in a society that expects women to bounce back in 3.5 seconds, I want to normalize moving at your own pace too ❤️ I didn’t even start THINKING about snapping back until 12 weeks pp and I’m so glad for it. Those first few months were spent adjusting to motherhood, learning how to care for my baby, getting to know myself in this role. And in still not at my “pre baby body” - still a work in progress!! So don’t fall into the comparison trap. Not to mention that celebrities have personal cooks, trainers, nannys, housekeepers… you get the point. If you’re freshly postpartum, just soak it all in, don’t rush - your fitness routine will be waiting for you when you’re ready #postpartum #normalbodies #newmom #postpartumfitness
An Uber Eats driver returned to an apartment complex hoping to get a woman’s number after delivering her food. Deputies say her boyfriend, fitness influencer Khuslen Khan, confronted him with a g*n. The 33-year-old allegedly ordered the driver to the ground, fired a sh*t that grazed his backside, then hit him in the head with the weapon. Investigators say his girlfriend tried to intervene, yelling, “Babe, please stop!” The driver escaped and drove himself to the hospital. Khan faces attempted felony m*rder, aggravated battery and separate drug charges. He has pleaded not guilty. Source: WSVN / PEOPLE Read more stories like this at OnsiteGlobalMedia.us (link in bio)
