#ICN GOA DAY1

We finished in the top 3 and earned a pro qualifier in the overall, but honestly from the judges reactions when they saw me on stage I thought the hammer was coming home this time.

Sometimes, the universe just wants you to wait, grow, and become your absolute best before giving you what you truly deserve.

I would’ve been more than satisfied with the overall win, but going from feeling like I was right there at the top to falling just short has left me with more hunger than ever.

One thing I’m proud of is that @farhanbaig1996 and I have brought a better, more conditioned package every single time I’ve stepped on stage. And that’s not changing!

I can’t wait to see what a full year of improvement brings. Better development, unreal conditioning, and a truly world class package.

Locked in. Not done yet!

Getting some last minute advise from the man himself!

#DameDash has no plans of popping out alongside #JayZ on February 14!

During a nearly 35-minute interview with “The Art of Dialogue,” the former Roc-A-Fella executive weighed in on the news of Jay-Z headlining next year’s Super Bowl halftime show at SoFi Stadium in Inglewood, California. Despite their once-close relationship, Dame made it clear that Hov shouldn’t bother reaching out about a potential guest appearance. “We all know he’s going to bring out Beyoncé,” Dame said, before adding, “I’m not going. Don’t even call me for the Super Bowl.”

As reported, Jay-Z has been confirmed as the headliner for the 2027 #SuperBowl halftime show, marking his first time taking center stage at the annual event. While the performance will be a major milestone for the hip-hop mogul, he’s certainly no stranger to the halftime show. His company, #RocNation, has helped produce the annual spectacle since 2019. 🏈🎤

Life Update: I've been quiet on social media lately.. I just haven't really been in the mood to post anything.. but, im still here. 🙂

The Good: I have a new apartment, and one of my BFF's is my roomate.. which REALLY helps with my loneliness struggles. I have my puppy "Puck," who I lubs soooo much. He's in the middle of potty training, and keeps me active. I've been getting into video games again. I've been playing Modern Warfare 4, and Star Wars Rogue Racers... but really, I'm just filling the time until GTA6 comes out. I've been going to therapy, and I finally see the positives that come from it.

The Bad: I'm still struggling with mental health stuff, with a side of stress and anxiety. I get overwhelmed easily and breakdown emotionally. It's been challenging. Also, I'm currently injured and can't play Hockey, which I'm devastated about. And finally, I feel a bit loveless lately. I think I'm ready for someone committed to love me, and me.. them. I don't want to sleep in an empty bed anymore. I want someone to for cuddles, and kisses.

The Ugly: I'm injured. I sprained my wrist over a month ago, and it still hurts, and last week I dislocated my shoulder, which means ill be out from hockey for weeks. Also, I've gained some weight back from all that I lost last year.. I feel I look much healthier, but the extra pounds make me feel a bit... "solid." It's kind of an uncomfortable feeling. I didn't gain much back, but the balance between wanting to feel healthy, and wanting to eat everything in my fridge has been VERY one sided.

So yeah, that's a brief summary of my life over the last month or 2. Sorry to have ghosted you.. but I'm still around. - Mika 🫶
