🇬🇧 | Como 1907’s first-ever European away match ended in a 3–2 result in favour of Feyenoord at De Kuip in Rotterdam. Assane Diao opened the scoring for the Lariani in the 18th minute, but Feyenoord responded almost immediately, with Zechiël equalising just two minutes later. In the second half, Hadj Moussa and an own goal extended the hosts’ lead to 3–1, before Greek striker Tasos Douvikas pulled one back for Como to make it 3–2 at full time. The evening also marked an important milestone for three Como players, with Kaiki, Jesús Rodríguez and Mattia Liberali all making their UEFA Champions League debuts. The occasion was made all the more special by the 1,200+ Lariani who travelled to Rotterdam to show their support. A heartfelt thank you to everyone who stood behind the team on this historic European night. Attention now turns back to Serie A, with Como travelling to Florence this Sunday to face Fiorentina in the seventh matchday of the season. Here’s the match in pictures.

You never really know what someone is going through behind the scenes. I was on national television while experiencing homelessness, but I never stopped believing in the life I knew was possible. Your circumstances are not your destiny. Keep the faith. Don’t let anyone tell you otherwise. 💜 Filmed by @certifiedsotelo 🎬 #SomayaReece #LHHNY #LoveAndHipHop #FaithOverFear #MyStoryMyStrength

Your next chapter doesn’t have to be a breakdown. It can be your breakthrough. Nobody talks about the moment a woman in her 40s starts questioning EVERYTHING. Your body. Your energy. Your relationship. Your confidence. Your patience. Your purpose. The life you worked so hard to build suddenly feels different. And the woman looking back at you in the mirror? She might not feel quite like herself anymore. Before you call it a midlife crisis, let’s talk about what might actually be happening. Because this isn’t always just about mindset. Your biology matters, too. Hormonal fluctuations Sleep and recovery Stress and cortisol regulation Insulin sensitivity and metabolic health Thyroid function Estrogen and progesterone Muscle mass and body composition Testosterone and changes in energy and libido Sound familiar? Here’s your reminder: You are not broken. You are not behind. And you do not have to settle for feeling unlike yourself. Your body is changing. Your needs may be changing. And your approach to health, fitness, nutrition, and recovery may need to change with it. This is where we stop guessing, start asking better questions, and get intentional about our health.
