BREAKING NEWS requires availability.
I went on CFB Live today with no makeup, no filter, no glam … just me delivering the news on the @cfbplayoff inching towards a 24-team field in 2027.
To work with and for people @espn who value what I have to say in that moment more than how I look is a boost of self-worth no amount of glam could give me.
But yeah I’ll be camera-ready first thing tomorrow for @sportscenter @getupespn and @danpatrickshow 🤣🤦🏻‍♀️🫣

A viral relationship trend called the “2-2-2-2 rule” is helping couples keep their marriage strong. It suggests going on a date every two weeks, being intimate twice a week, taking a night away without kids twice a year, and planning a longer vacation every two years.

The idea expands the older 2-2-2 rule, which recommended regular dates, weekend trips, and longer holidays together. Research from the University of Virginia’s National Marriage Project found that couples who spent quality time alone at least once a week were about 3.5 times more likely to report being very happy in their marriage.
