u descobri uma prática antiga essa semana e preciso dividir com você. É simples, todo dia você passa o seu perfume nos pés. Não só no pescoço ou no pulso. Nos pés. 🌸

No vídeo de hoje, aprendi com @asarahnery esse ritual com uma camada espiritual que vai te surpreender.

Os seus pés são o que abre os caminhos da sua vida. São eles que te levam para onde você vai, que te tiram de onde você não deve estar, que decidem todos os dias o rumo que a sua história vai tomar.

Quando você perfuma os seus pés com intenção, está dizendo para Deus: os meus passos são consagrados. Meu caminho é sagrado.

Enquanto passa o perfume, ora comigo: Senhor, assim como o perfume foi derramado aos seus pés em sinal de amor e adoração, eu consagro meus caminhos a ti. Guia os meus passos. Abre as portas que vêm de ti. Fecha as que não são para mim.

Faz durante uma semana e volta aqui para me contar o que aconteceu. 🙏✨

2. You will probably see all manner of mainstream TV propaganda against them, but Mumbai’s youth showed up today with rage in their hearts but peace in every gesture. They were manhandled, detained, but they protested with grace and fire, as is their right.

The new one from the IT Cell is clearly “yeh log India ko Nepal/Bangladesh banana chahate hai.” Remember these two facts; one, India has had vociferous protests all the time since we got independence. And two, every single transfer of power since then has been through democratic, peaceful elections. These two facts have existed together since independence. Don’t let anyone convince you that protests mean democratic instability

4. Stop asking celebrities to speak up. I saw the power of the youth today. They have no need of such invertebrate wusses. Leave them to fester in their silence and complicity.
