⚡️ Have you ever felt like your entire body is moving… even when you’re perfectly still? Like you’re buzzing, vibrating, trembling from the inside, or rocking on a boat that isn’t actually moving? 🫨 I’ve been experiencing these strange sensations for quite a while, and lately they’ve been especially intense. At my recent neurology appointment, we talked about what might be causing them. My neurologist, Dr. Jill Rau, said she’s heard similar descriptions from other patients, especially those dealing with complex neurological and vascular issues. The problem? We still don’t know exactly what’s causing mine. 🤔 Is it my POTS/dysautonomia? 🧠 The vascular compressions affecting blood flow from my brain? 💥 Intracranial pressure changes? ⚡️ Or some combination of these? For now, we’re focusing on better managing my POTS, inflammation, and head pressure issues to see whether these sensations improve. If they don’t, we’ll investigate further. It’s one of the hardest parts of living with complex chronic illness—having symptoms that are very REAL, but not always having clear answers about WHY they’re happening. 💬 Have you ever experienced internal buzzing, vibrating, trembling, or rocking sensations? Have you figured out what’s causing yours? I’d really love to hear! ❤️‍🩹 Follow for more on life with chronic illness, dysautonomia, and navigating complex diagnoses. 🫶🏻Comment SUPPORT for my free emotional support guide #Dysautonomia #POTS #ChronicIllness #InvisibleIllness #NeurologicalSymptoms
