$After 2 missed chances of learning Amplifier this was my third time, third time was truly a charm 💫✨ If it’s meant to be, it will truly come back to you🧿🤍 It challenged me exactly the way I imagined and I loved every inch of the challenge I faced. What a banger routine you’ve made @sagar_chand78 ❤️‍🔥‼️ Danced in @dance.inn.bangalore after almost a year and it felt soooo good being back🖤🤍🤌🏽 27.9.26 2nd 🏠 @dance.inn.bangalore {Amplifier, Imran Khan, Sagar Chand choreography, dance workshop, Bangalore, challenge, third times a charm, Hindi song, Punjabi song} #amplifier#imrankhan#sagarchand#sagarchandchoreography#punjabisong$

🔥 This is the HOLY GRAIL FIX!

Your stubborn belly might actually NOT ❌ be FAT.

It’s might be a PRESSURE management issue because your diaphragm, pelvic floor, and abs have completely lost COORDINATION with one another!

This is super common especially after pregnancy, chronic tension holding, years of SUCKING IN, or bearing down on the pfm.

And no amount of mindless crunches or kegels will restore a system that no longer knows how to work together.

Watch 👀 what happens when I breathe:

✅ On the INHALE, my diaphragm descends and my 360° breath travels down toward my pelvis. My rib cage expands, my abdominal wall responds, and my pelvic floor lengthens.

✅ On the EXHALE, my adductors and pelvic floor muscles contract while my lower, middle, and upper transverse abs contract in that order. My diaphragm then returns to its resting position or a bit higher with a forced exhale.

✅ THIS is what every Woman NEEDS to master! 🥹

Some BIG clues you NEED this are:

❌ A pressure belly that grows throughout the day
❌ A lower belly that refuses to flatten
❌ A diastasis that struggles to heal
❌ Pelvic floor symptoms that worsen by the evening
❌ A lower back that constantly feels tight
❌ A core that feels completely disconnected

This work goes far deeper than aesthetics, but when your entire core unit begins functioning better, your aesthetics WILL change right along with it. 🔥

Comment APP and I’ll message you a full week of my core and rib cage correcting tutorials and exercises to help you rebuild this coordination and create your strongest core yet. 👊🏼

“Kanika ko nahi denge” okay, and then? 😂😭 Itni saari akad, itna saara drama, just to bow down in the end. Queen ko neeche dikhane chale the, khud hi jhuk gaye.
THAT’S THE KANIKA EFFECT! 👑🔥

🚨 SHOCKING! KYA AB SAWAL UTHANA BHI GUNAH HAI?

Independent Journalist Harsh Yadav ko lekar saamne aaye is aarop ne Press Freedom par ek baar phir gambhir sawaal khade kar diye hain. Reports ke mutabik, Delhi Police ne unse aisa bond sign karwaya, jiske tahat woh 6 mahine tak Connaught Place nahi ja sakte.

Ek journalist ki awaaz ko rokne ki koshish ho sakti hai, lekin sach ki talaash ko nahi!

Journalism koi jurm nahi, awaam ki awaaz uthana koi gunaah nahi. Democracy mein sawaal poochhna hamara haq hai, aur press ki azaadi har haal mein zaroori hai.

Dabenge nahi, rukenge nahi — sach ke liye sawaal uthate rahenge!

✊ Stand With Independent Journalists. Protect Press Freedom.
