Trying something different lately. 15", flip-top, 50 watts all tube. Definitely does what it does better than anything else. Been stopping to just laugh every few minutes...pretty exhilarating after years of class D and neodymium!

@gringojeff 15s have always been my thing, have tried 10s but moved on quickly. I've never had a closed/non-ported cab before, that's probably a lot of what I'm not used to hearing. The amp is full of different but useable settings, it doesn't make a bad sound!

STUFFED SHELLS 🐚 RECIPE ⬇️ Make this for your next dinner party! INGREDIENTS- 1 lb Ground beef (85/15) 1 lb Italian sausage (Mild or spicy) 3 tbsp olive oil 1 lg onion chopped 1 carrot chopped fine 3 ribs celery chopped 4-5 cloves minced garlic Salt & pepper 2-3 tsp Italian seasoning. I’m using @centofinefoods 1/2 cup white wine 1/2 tsp crushed red pepper (optional) 2 heaping Tbsp tomato paste 1 tsp Calabrian chili paste (optional) 1 cup of water Fresh basil 1 box Jumbo Shells 1 jar marinara sauce. 2 cups Mozzarella shredded (low moisture) DIRECTIONS- Add olive oil to a pan over medium heat. Bring in onions, carrots, celery. Season with salt, pepper, and Italian seasonings. Sauté for 6-7 minutes. Add garlic. Push veggies aside and bring in the sausage and beef. Add more salt and pepper to the meats. Crumble and brown well. Add in the wine, cook for a few minutes. Add in the tomato paste and Calabrian chili paste. Cook for a minute. Add in the water. Simmer for 10 minutes and add some fresh basil. Set aside to cool. In a large pot of salted boiling water, add the shells and cook for about 11 minutes or until al dente. Drain and set aside. Preheat oven to 350. I use the convection setting. Add about a cup of the marinara to the baking dish. Stuff the shells with the meat mixture. Assemble inside the baking dish. Top with more marinara and shredded cheese. Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes. Remove from oven. Remove foil and add fresh basil.
