👋⚔️ One of the best-known engineers behind Claude Code has left Anthropic after more than a year on the team.

Thariq shared the news on X, saying he watched the tool grow much bigger than he ever imagined.

He praised his former colleagues and said he still believes deeply in Anthropic’s mission.

His next plan is a short break, but his new X bio says he’s playing World of Warcraft forever, which gives his exit a funny twist.
