Hoe gaat het? Nou, allereerst sorry dat ik wรฉรฉr een oude foto gebruik voor een post als deze, maar ik vind mezelf op dit moment niet echt een geschikt uiterlijk hebben om mijn sociale media vol te plakken met selfies. Dus jullie moeten het doen met een foto van een zomeravond van 3 jaar geleden waar ik elke avond een hele fijne wandeling langs het strand maakte met mijn moeder en ik me intens gelukkig voelde. Maar ik dwaal af. Hoe het met me gaat is eigenlijk kort maar krachtig: ik ga vooruit, ik voel me steeds vaker mezelf (als in rustig en gelukkiger) en ondanks dat ik mn ouders en mn thuis mis kom ik de dagen hier ook steeds beter door. Ik lees ontiegelijk veel en dat helpt me enorm om mn gedachte te verzetten. Tijdens creatieve therapie kan ik heerlijk bezig met dingen als klei, speksteen en nog veel en veel meer. Dit weekend heeft mn moeder al mn tekenspullen meegenomen en kan ik ook weer heerlijk gaan tekenen. Als ik op de afgelopen 2.5 maand terug kijk ben ik nog lang niet waar ik moet zijn, maar ik zie wel hoe groot het verschil al is met hoe mijn leven was een half jaar geleden. Ik ben al zoveel onafhankelijker geworden en kan zoveel dingen weer zelf die ik lang niet meer zonder hulp kon doen. Ik kan niet uitleggen hoe fijn dat is! Ik krijg nog steeds sondevoeding (6x per dag, dat is de basis) en daarnaast mag ik nu sinds 2 weken ook zelf 3x per dag โ€œvaste voedingโ€ eten. Dat is het fijnste van alles. Je leert pas iets waarderen als je het niet meer kunt of hebt en dat is echt zo. Daarnaast mag ik volgende week een weekend met verlof. Ik kijk daar echt enorm naar uit. Thuis zijn, Oos zien en lekker weer in mn eigen bed slapen, samen met mn moeder een film kijken en verder gewoon helemaal niks doen behalve uitrusten en genieten. Ik heb nog wel een weg te gaan, maar ik heb doelen en daar hou ik me aan vast. Bovendien heb ik de onvoorwaardelijke liefde en steun van mn ouders, waarvoor ik ze enorm dankbaar ben. Zonder hen was ik er ongetwijfeld niet meer geweest en ik hou echt zielsveel van ze. Zij zijn mijn alles en ook dat is een motivatie voor me om hard aan mezelf te werken en beter te worden.
