Introductory words to the national art exhibition. My art is my voice and this voice was nurtured by my father. It was my late father who taught me the importance of freedom of speech, dissent and use of art to communicate ideas while growing up in a war torn state amidst bomb blasts, curfews and blackouts. A small tribute to the man who taught me the power of colours, storytelling and love. Gratitude towards Kalanirvana for the opportunity to showcase my work.
