POV: RENT'S GOING UP $350 THIS YEAR. HOW MUCH NEXT YEAR - WHO KNOWS?

Currently, the @cityofencinitas has no protections in place for mobile homeowners. Rents increase at the will of the park owners, with no limits.

We are on the City Council agenda this coming Wednesday, Oct. 14th, and we're asking the Mayor and the council members for help.

YOU CAN HELP by signing the petition at our link in bio and sending a letter to the council telling them that you support your mobile home neighbors in Encinitas.

Your voice will show the city that mobile home residents matter to this community.

A ton of you already have and we thank you so much for using your voice to help us!! ❤️

Join us at the council meeting on Oct. 14th If you want to see what happens in real time.

Thank you, Erin, for telling your story, being brave and fighting for your home and your neighbors ✊️

And thank you @breakerscbg for giving us a chill place to sit and chat.
