Puževa esencija?

Znam. I ja sam prvo pomislila: „Stvarno ćemo sad i puževe stavljati na lice?“ 🐌

Ali ova Biobalance esencija ima kombinaciju koja je namijenjena svim tipovima kože: pužev mucin za njegu kože i hijaluronsku kiselinu za hidrataciju.

Tekstura je lagana, brzo se upija i ne ostavlja onaj osjećaj da je lice namazano svime što postoji u kupatilu.

The foods, habits, breathing, digestion work, progression…

And I’m giving the entire framework away for free.

First, I’d figure out what is actually keeping my reflux alive.

Is it mainly:

Burning + heartburn?

Bloating + pressure?

LPR + throat symptoms?

Or stress + nervous system issues?

Because blindly copying someone else’s reflux routine is where people get stuck.

Then I’d follow a simple 90 days progression 👇

1: The goal is to stop constantly irritating your gut

I’d focus on smaller, easier-to-digest meals, consistent meal timing, less overeating/snacking, improving constipation + bloating, and using softer/moister foods if my throat or digestion was irritated.

I’d also start basic nervous system + diaphragmatic breathing work.

2: Now I’d start looking deeper.

Protein intake.

The amount of fiber I actually tolerate.

Hydration + electrolytes.

Possible deficiencies like B vitamins, vitamin D, magnesium, zinc or iron.

Digestion + motility.

And I’d systematically figure out which foods genuinely trigger me instead of blindly removing everything.

3: Now I’d start moving toward normal life again.

Progress the breathing work.

Train the diaphragm + supporting anti-reflux mechanism.

Reintroduce foods.

Increase meal variety.

Work on movement + abdominal pressure patterns.

And learn how to deal with stress without my digestive system going crazy every time life gets difficult.

But here’s probably the most important part:

I would NOT change my entire protocol every 4 days.

Same basic meal structure.

Same core habits.

Same tracking system.

Then adjust ONE variable at a time.

Less variables = you can actually tell what’s helping and what’s making things worse.

Track your food, symptoms, bowel movements, sleep, and weekly progress.
