What if the monsters hiding under a child’s bed discovered that the scariest thing in her life was happening outside her bedroom? AI filmmaker @simonmeyer_director and @promptrstudios created a powerful 3-minute short film that interviews three childhood monsters who have spent years frightening a little girl named Mila. But when she suddenly stops being afraid of them, they decide to find out why. What they discover turns the entire story around, revealing the devastating impact domestic violence can have on children. Created with Kling AI 4.0 in association with @nomore, the film shows how AI filmmaking can be used to tell meaningful stories and raise awareness about serious issues. According to UNICEF, one in four children worldwide lives with a mother who has experienced intimate partner violence in the past year. If you or someone you know needs support, visit nomoredirectory.org to find help in your country.
At the iconic Joe’s Stone Crab, Miami Beach’s oldest and most famous restaurant, stone crab is king. But quietly over the years — more than 100 of them, if you’re counting — a second menu item captured the hearts, souls and fragile wallets of the locals who flocked to the landmark restaurant every season. A more affordable, equally delicious option, if you can believe it: Four pieces of perfectly fried poultry. Half a chicken! Not greasy, enough for two meals and a stalwart companion to any side dish, sold for a mere $8.95. Now, the $8.95 chicken that fed a county costs $14.95. With all due respect to the Flanigan’s $6.99 lunch menu and the $1.50 Costco hot dog, R.I.P. to the best deal in Miami. 🔗 You can read the full story at the link in our bio ✍️: Connie Ogle 📸: Al Diaz

✨ TYPE IT TO CLAIM IT: “Two divine paths now become one.” Two souls. Two separate paths. One divine intersection. I’m seeing a wishbone. Two people who have been walking their own yellow brick roads, healing their wounds, releasing old identities, and preparing for a connection unlike anything they’ve experienced before. I’m calling this your WISHBONE MATCH. 🦴✨ Not a twin flame. Not a soulmate. Something beyond the labels we’ve created. There’s a reason your paths haven’t crossed until now. You both needed to become who you are today to recognize one another. And when you finally meet, the domino effect begins. This connection isn’t just about romance. It’s about purpose. Expansion. Healing. Two powerful forces coming together to create tidal waves of transformation. You’ve been preparing for this person just as they’ve been preparing for you. And perhaps that feeling of homesickness you’ve carried wasn’t about a place at all. Perhaps it was about a person. 🌹 The next chapter isn’t about chasing connection. It’s about becoming available to receive it. ✨ If you’re ready to stop self-sabotaging every time life starts getting GOOD, my Shadow Alchemy course will help you uncover the subconscious fears and protective patterns keeping you attached to your old identity. Comment “SHADOW” and I’ll send it to you. 💌 DM me “READING” for deeper 1:1 intuitive guidance. 🍯 Gratitude Jar: Venmo @thatbitch-ispositive Thank you for allowing me to be your oracle. 🔮
