Pharrell and Clipse are on a crazy run right now.. John Legend got another one 🔥🔥🔥 (swipe)

Songs:
1. Bodies On The Floor - John Legend ft. Clipse
2. The Birds Don’t Sing - Clipse ft. John Legend & Voices of Fire

John Legend just dropped “Bodies On The Floor” with Clipse as part of his new 16-song album Muse, produced entirely by Pharrell Williams. The song comes with a black-and-white music video directed by Paul Hunter, featuring Pusha T and Malice in a story about two lovers caught in a cycle of betrayal and retaliation.

Their first collaboration came on “The Birds Don’t Sing,” the opening song from Clipse’s 2025 comeback album Let God Sort Em Out, their first album in 16 years. Pusha T and Malice reflected on losing both of their parents, with John Legend and Voices of Fire contributing vocals. The song earned a Best Rap Song nomination at the 2026 Grammys, where Clipse won their first Grammy for “Chains & Whips” with Kendrick Lamar and Pharrell Williams.

What makes this collaboration interesting is that their first song actually helped inspire John Legend’s entire new album. After hearing Legend on “The Birds Don’t Sing,” Pharrell wanted to build a full project around his voice. The two have been friends for over 20 years and created much of Muse at Pharrell’s studio inside Louis Vuitton’s headquarters in Paris. Legend recently told Complex that Let God Sort Em Out was his favourite album of 2025 and that he believed Clipse deserved to win Best Rap Album.

Happy Launch Day, @callofduty @infinityward! 😎 Absolutely honored and thrilled to be part of this game, this franchise, and this world.
See you on the battlefield. 🇺🇸
