This Is How To Win

“With all the strength I found, there’s nothing I can’t do” 🤍

You may not be a fan of Elon Musk. Perhaps you’re not even very interested in him.

But if you watch “Musk”, a gruelling new documentary, you will realise that, osmotically, you have come to know a lot about the sometime trillionaire.

This is a compliment to his influence and ubiquity. It is less positive news for the documentary itself.

Beyond its bloat and paucity of revelations, the problem with “Musk” is that it wavers between two damning—but different—analyses. Tap the link in our bio to learn what they are.

❄️If you're new here, this is a psa of what's to come for winter (I don't celebrate Christmas, I celebrate its origin, the Winter Solstice, which I also lovingly call Witchmas)

🎀 Did you know the Winter Solstice (referred to by many names by different cultures, such as Saturnalia, Yule, Grianstad an Gheimhridh, Alban Arthan, and many more) has been celebrated by people worldwide for more than 5000 years? It's still celebrated today by many people who follow nature-based spiritual practices or who seek to connect with their ancestral old ways.

❄️The winter solstice on Dec 21, marks the longest night and shortest day of the year and the celebration is about more light returning each day thereafter. Its emphasis is on being aligned with nature and the seasons, rather than consumerism, which I connect with much more than modern commercialized Christmas. It's also something I've gotten very passionate about since exploring my ancestry.

Although this is what I choose to celebrate, I definitely don't judge people for celebrating Christmas by any means, but I do share a ton of winter solstice inspiration & winter folklore every year so if you're interested, you're in the right place 🌲

Stay tuned ✨
