The tigers at Yorkshire Wildlife Park are housed in the Land of the Tigers enclosure, which has a 300m-long raised walkway so visitors can watch the animals from above.

An eyewitness has described the moment a man climbed up onto the barriers and was spoken to by a woman before "he jumped in and crawled in front of the tiger, where the tiger was perched and just lay there".

She estimates that about 15 to 20 people were on the enclosure's raised visitor walkway before staff quickly evacuated the area and the park.

Well, this is quite the Transformation Tuesday! 💋🏳️‍⚧️

Three years ago this month, I didn’t even know I was trans.

I was 45, completely unaware that my life was about to change forever.

Then my egg cracked. 🥚

Three years later, I’m 48, happier, more confident and having the time of my life.

Would I have believed this transformation was possible? Not in a million years! 😂

Funny how life changes. ❤️

If you know someone who thinks they’ve left it too late to become themselves, share this with them. You never know who might need to see it. 💕

And if you love a good transformation story, stick around. I’m not finished yet! ✨

Hola

Comment “OLDMAN” and I’ll send you my free guide to rebuilding athletic performance from the ground up.

Most people train everything above the ankle and barely ask whether the foot itself can actually do its job.

But your feet are where force first enters the body.

If the toes cannot spread, grip, stabilize, and help control pressure, the rest of the body has to solve around that limitation.

That can show up as poor balance, less efficient force transfer, or extra work being pushed into the knees, hips, and trunk.

Toe squats and PVC pipe work are simple ways to start challenging the small muscles, tendons, and coordination of the foot again.

For athletes over 40, that foundation becomes even more important because years of shoes, old injuries, and repeated movement habits can slowly take options away from the foot.

The stronger and more coordinated your feet become, the better foundation the rest of your body has to work from.
