this week on repeat 😆💕✌️

Had the honour of emceeing the HERNEXEOS Launch Dinner Symposium, guiding an evening that brought together international experts and local medical leaders.

The evening was proudly organised by the Hong Kong Society of Clinical Oncology and Boehringer Ingelheim, a global biopharmaceutical company.

Evenings like this remind me why these conversations matter:
giving patients more time, and families more moments together. That impact goes far beyond clinical terms.

Here’s to partnership, innovation and transformation, redefining what’s possible. The NEX Era starts now.

Part 3 because apparently the Chinese grandma era has no end. Eating with the seasons, soaking my feet, and not scrolling first thing in the morning are just a few of the TCM doctor habits that make me feel my best. The most powerful health habits are usually the least glamorous. Swipe through and save this one.
