I'm a big girl, not afraid of few hungry ghosts ☠️ Good evening creepy souls 🦇🌹✨🖤
A public service announcement about me going forward. Since I turned fifty I’ve had quite the change in mindset. This isn’t about people who comment on how others look on social media by the way, don’t give it a second thought. Don’t fill the comments on this post with discussions on what is appropriate or not, because it’s not about them. It’s about empowering myself to love my life. The beauty I travel the world with is untarnished by anyone else’s view of me. No one tells me how to look, or dress or be. So, however I look is who I am. Stronger, fitter and more confident than ever. You don’t need to tell me how I look, because I look magnificent.
BAKHAR NABIEVA | LEG & GLUTE GROWTH Our main goal right now is to add more size to Bahar’s legs and glutes. Personally, I think she already has great muscle development, but an athlete’s goals are an athlete’s goals! So we’re putting in the work to help her build even more muscle in her legs and glutes, and we’ll be sharing her training sessions with you. The training program is relatively simple, with what I would call moderate volume. Bahar currently trains legs three times per week. Today’s workout: 1. Leg Press 2. Smith Machine Bulgarian Split Squats 3. Hip Thrusts — 2 sets total: 1 with a pause at the top and 1 with a resistance band around the thighs 4. Lying Hip Abductions (Gluteus Medius) We’re currently doing 3 sets per exercise, except for hip thrusts, where we do only 2 sets in total. We’re testing this training volume to see how well she recovers and progresses. If it turns out to be too high, we may reduce some exercises to 2 sets.
SALLIE MAY IS BACK!! And she’s brought along someone very special…her girlfriend Willow Wackford, voiced by the enchanting Caroline Innerbichler (Shucked)! It’s been painful spending years keeping this episode a secret but I hope y’all loved Wrath’s favorite new lesbian couple and all the sisterly bonding between Sal and Mils! I love being @vivnixwill ‘s ride or die 🔥 And, yeah, the cosplay plans for @genevievemariecosplay and I are already being planned ❤️‍🔥💛 #HelluvaBoss #SallieMay #WillowWackford
