People ask what I do to look like this at 68. The honest answer? It’s not one thing. 💛

It’s lifting heavy and eating real food. It’s taking care of my hormones with my doctor. It’s red light, meditation, and refusing to talk about my age like it’s a problem. It’s love, date nights, and yes, a better connection than I ever expected after 60. And it’s still dreaming big.

Your best years don’t have to be behind you.

I have been practicing medicine for over 30 years and I have never seen a supplement do what a consistent strength training practice does for the human body.

Muscle is one of the most metabolically active tissues in your body — producing hormones, regulating blood sugar, protecting your brain, absorbing glucose and signaling longevity at the cellular level.

Research consistently shows that muscle mass and grip strength are among the strongest predictors of how long you will live and how well you will age. Not your cholesterol. Not your weight. Your muscle.

You do not need a perfect program. You do not need a personal trainer or an expensive gym. You need to pick something heavy up, regularly, for the rest of your life.

Start where you are. The biology responds at every age.

caught a suspiciously good case of the sophomore slump
