Iowa is one of the key states that will decide the upcoming US midterm elections, which could have a major impact on the rest of Donald Trump's presidency. On 3 November, Americans will choose members of Congress, which is made up of two parts - the House of Representatives and the Senate. The outcome of the midterms will decide which political party - Trump's Republicans or opposition Democrats - controls Congress and how easy it is for the president to carry out his plans. The OG crew is back. 🎙️🔥 My return to the #DamnItsLateShow is this Friday, 2am-4am on 106 KMEL. Good to be back with the bros @lexxjonez & @djdsharp. Late nights hit different when it’s chillin on the mic. Leaving the club after Friday shenanigans? Tune in and let us keep the night going. 🚗💨 📻 106.1 KMEL 🕑 2am-4am #DamnItsLateShow #KMEL #BayArea #BayAreaRadio
Kodiak 100 by the numbers. Races rarely go exactly to plan. A huge part of ultrarunning is problem solving, adapting to changes, and rolling with the punches. While running on constant variable terrain, one of the best ways to stay on track is to target effort pace rather than actual pace. Effort pace accounts for changes in elevation and terrain to estimate what your pace would be on flat ground at the same effort, allowing you to gauge your effort throughout a race. I finished the 101 miles and 16,000 feet of gain in 18:15:45 with an average effort pace of 9:57 min per mile. I used the @corosglobal APEX 4 and HRM to track my data. Taking lessons from every race, always learning, always hungry for more.
С днем рождения, Натан, наш первенец! 🤍
