Listen to a level 9 using @pulpriothair lightener and @brazilianbondbuilder and then toned with @pulpriothair silver rapid toner.
.
Normally when i color, i try to leave the sides and back natural in order to give contrast to the fade. However, this time i said fuck it and i was realllllll happy with the outcome.
.
Back from NYC today and back out on Saturday to @shipwreckbarbershopca to judge the fringe category. Can’t wait to kick it with you Californians 🤘

🇨🇦 Qualified for the ISA World Surfing Games!

Two World Championships. One incredible year. A childhood dream come true.

When this girl had just turned 8 years old, she looked at me and told me that in 2026 she would surf in the Dakar Youth Olympics. ❤️ (Back then, we didn’t know surfing wasn’t part of it!)

At that age, I kinda believed her, but it felt like a lifetime away. Photo 5 is from the very day she looked at me and told me this. I wrote about it in a post back in 2021 that feels so wild to read today as her mom.

She had googled the Olympics, discovered Dakar, Senegal (before anyone even knew about it!), sang songs about it, and begged me to wake her up at 4 a.m. to train for it! 🤣

Although surfing wasn’t included in the 2026 Youth Olympics, five years later, she achieved this goal we wrote about at the exact age, representing Canada at her first ISA World Junior Surfing Championships this September.

And here she is, preparing for her second ISA World Championship this year, an event that’s part of the qualification pathway toward the LA 2028 Olympic Games!

She’ll be among the youngest athletes in the field, competing alongside some of the world’s best surfers, on a stage that has featured athletes of the calibre of Carissa Moore and Stephanie Gilmore. Having this opportunity at just 13 years old is pretty incredible!

Snow has dedicated countless hours to get here. To see a dream she had at just 8 years old come full circle five years later is actually a bit surreal and something incredibly special to witness as her mom. ❤️

We’re incredibly grateful to @surfcanada and to everyone who has supported, encouraged, and believed in her along the way. @erinbrookssurf was her big inspiration at this age.

Dream big. Work hard. Never stop believing in what’s possible. But most importantly, be a good friend and surround yourself with people who truly cheer you on! ✨

Mom is so proud of you! ❤️

Hype or Hoax – Episode 259

✅ Worth the Hype (9.5/10)

Low Cal Carrot Cake — I am the carrot cake connoisseur, so much so my wedding cake was a carrot cake. I am a good judge of carrot cakes and this is an impeccable carrot cake with insane macros. Run, make it, you won’t regret it. Elite. One of Madeline’s best.

Full Recipe (Makes 9 big squares)
* Cake:
* Low-fat cottage cheese — 300g (approx. 10.6 oz / ~1.2 cups)
* Large eggs — 2 eggs
* Egg whites — 150g (approx. 5.3 oz / ~2/3 cup)
* Finely grated carrot — 200g (approx. 7 oz / ~1.5 cups)
* Oat flour (blend whole oats) — 100g (approx. 3.5 oz / ~1 cup)
* Baking powder — 2 tsp
* Vanilla extract — 2 tsp
* Cinnamon — 2.5–3 tsp
* Ground ginger — 1/2 tsp
* Nutmeg — 1/4 tsp
* Salt — 1/4 tsp
* Sweetener — Liquid or powder, to taste (don’t be shy)
* Cream Cheese Frosting:
* Light cream cheese — 150g (approx. 5.3 oz / ~2/3 cup)
* 0% Greek yogurt — 200g (approx. 7 oz / ~3/4 cup)
* Vanilla extract — 1 tsp
* Sweetener — Liquid or powder, to taste
* Pinch of salt

Method:
1. Preheat the oven to 350°F / 175°C. Lightly grease a 9x9 baking dish with a quick spray.
2. Blend the cottage cheese, eggs, egg whites, oat flour, baking powder, vanilla, spices, salt, and sweetener until smooth. DO NOT be shy with the sweetener, it NEEDS it.
3. Fold in the grated carrot by hand. Don’t blend it in.
4. Spread evenly into the dish. Bake 28–35 minutes, start checking at 25. The centre should be set with moist crumbs.
5. Cool completely.

Macros & Fibre (Per square / 1 of 9 big squares)
* Calories: 160 cals
* Protein: 13g
* Carbohydrates: 15g
* Fat: 5g
* Fibre: ~3g (Estimated)

Verdict
9.5/10 — An absolute masterpiece for any carrot cake lover. Hitting elite, gooey, dense textures with a thick cream cheese frosting while delivering 13 grams of protein for only 160 calories per square makes this crown-jewel worthy.

Full credit to @madelainerascan for the original — go show them some love. 🤍

80 th merdeka kita selalu bergantung ke asing, buat nyukupin beras nasional aja kita kudu impor, BBM impor, ngutang ke IMF, harga (sawit, nikel, batubara dll) diatur sama asing, keadaan kita begitu saja.

Dibawah Presiden Prabowo, Indonesia tutup keran impor solar, stop impor beras, nolak ngutang IMF, tentuin harga SDA sendiri, swasembada beras, stok terbesar, B50 dll.

.

.
