Have ever felt like your true power era hasn’t happened yet? You’re provably right!
Just when you thought it might have passed and it’s too late, I’m here to tell you that you’re right on time. You get to decide how you age. How will you proceed?
For me, I locked in hard. I went after everything I wanted. No permission needed. This is my chapter to make it happen. I’m telling you now that yes it’s yours too! Are you gonna go get it?
It’s going to take daily action towards who you want to become. It’s going to be more challenging and most likely take longer than you anticipate. Lock in, nose down and focus!
Mindset, movement and nutrition with strategy and plan.
Confidence is built through action.
You got this!

So you have EDS and you’re going through menopause. Does this mean you’re totally screwed? Absolutely not. I can honestly say, you might come out shinning more than anyone else. Menopause might just be your queen era. Hear me out, I’m not saying it’s easy, but you can rock this. You will need people to help you, but you need people anyway. Hopefully you have people in your corner, but if you don’t, it’s time. I’m a physical therapist. I help women learn how to take care of their bodies with exercise, habit modifications, self-mobilization and learning how to do what when XYZ body part hurts. I basically train you like a PT student. There are so many more PTs that know about EDS than there used to be. Many of us are women’s health physical therapists. Ask your friends, ask your local Zebra group. They are around, you just have to hunt a little bit. So what did I miss? Tell me your thoughts, I want to hear all about it. Love you bye 😘
