Being a grandpa is the best, simple as that.
So as you all know people have doubted me on my physique journey, but seeing this picture of me on my wedding day makes me realise how far I’ve actually come 🥹🤍 @jon_jkphysique and I have been working so hard on my nutrition, he keeps me very accountable and challenges me, that’s hit style… and seeing the results makes me happy . It’s not about being skinny, it’s about feeling healthy, happy and confident in myself, if you need help please message Jon 🙏🏼 So proud of how far I’ve come and we’re only just getting started ❤️✨ The morning of my wedding this picture was taken 🤍🤍

Is Britain's welfare system helping people or holding them back? About two years ago I met Gavin, a taxi driver who was trying to come off sickness benefit. He had fully recovered from a heart operation and no longer needed the support, but was told he could not sign himself off and needed to wait to be reassessed. And, until he was, he had no choice but to keep taking the money. When I followed up his story, I was told it was probably a glitch. “Give me his telephone number,” said Liz Kendall, then the work and pensions secretary. “I’ll call him.” The call never came. Gavin has now been waiting almost four years. Today, we can reveal why: reassessments stopped in lockdown and were never properly restarted. Some 1.8 million claimants have been waiting for an average of two years. One has been waiting for 16 years. Gavin’s tip led to an investigation into the welfare state, its flaws — and the social and economic dividend that could come with reform | ✍️ Fraser Nelson 🔓The Welfare Inquiry is free to read 🔗 Tap the link in bio to read the full story
Netanyahu and Trump are facing mounting political challenges ahead of elections that could reshape their political futures. With the elections in "Israel" and the US taking place within a week of each other, the results could have major consequences for both leaders, US policy, and West Asia. #AlMayadeen #USA #Trump #OccupiedPalestine
